The Conference begins Wednesday, 1/20, at approximately 4:00 pm PT and ends Saturday, 1/23, by 2:00 PM PT. 

Airport Information

Seattle–Tacoma International Airport is approximately 15 miles from the hotel. The hotel does not offer shuttle service; however, a Link Light Rail stop is located just 2 blocks away. Taxis and rideshares are also available.

Hotel Rates and Reservations

For security reasons, hotel information with a link to book your hotel room will be provided in your conference registration confirmation email once you have registered. The contracted group rate at the hotel is $205/night. Reservations must be made by December 29, 2026, to receive this rate. Plan to make your hotel reservation as soon as you receive the information in the confirmation email, as room availability is limited.
