Registration & Fees

For the 2027 ECE-RJ Conference, we are offering tiered pricing to make participation more accessible and reduce financial barriers. If you have the means, we encourage you to register as a Sustainer to cover the full cost of the event.

PRICING:

We are thrilled to announce that ECE-RJ has been named a 2026-2027 YES Fund Grantee by the Women of Reform Judaism! This grant will help make the 2027 conference more accessible through tiered pricing and scholarship awards, reducing financial barriers to participation. If you are able, please consider registering as a Sustainer to cover the total cost of the event.

We offer several rates to allow for flexibility in budgeting and planning.

Members will receive an email invite to register. Members must use the same email they use for their ECE-RJ account to unlock member pricing. If you have the means, we encourage you to register as a Sustainer to cover the full cost of the event.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION?

Your registration includes all conference programming from 4:00 PM PT on Wednesday, January 20, through 2:00 PM PT Saturday, January 23. It also includes: 3 meals, coffee, and snack breaks.

Additional Financial Assistance

Conference scholarship is available to help offset the cost of attendance. Members should complete the Conference Scholarship form to apply for additional assistance.

Conference Cancellation Policy

The intent to withdraw must be completed through your confirmation email link. To transfer registration to another person (before 1/7/2027), please contact Tricia Ginis, Chief Executive Officer, ECE-RJ

  • Withdrawal on or before 10/30/26 results in a refund of the full registration fee less an 18% Administrative Fee.
  • Withdrawal between 10/31/2026 and 12/11/26 results in a 50% refund of the conference registration fee.

NO REFUNDS will be issued after 12/11/2026.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you and your employer from potential losses in the event of cancellation due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances.
